How do the different statuses work?

There are five statuses. Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond.

How do I reach each status?

Where you are placed in the status ladder depends on your rolling FTP average count, based on 7 days play, 30 days play or 100 days play.

• Bronze – 7 days 10 FTP rolling average
• Silver – 7 days 50 FTP rolling average or 30 days 35 FTP rolling average or 100 day 25 FTP rolling average
• Gold – 7 days 100 FTP rolling average or 30 days 75 FTP rolling average or 100 day 50 FTP rolling average
• Platinum – 30 days 150 FTP rolling average or 100 days 100 FTP rolling average
• Diamond – 30 days 350 FTP rolling average or 100 day 250 FTP rolling average

How do I keep my status?

You need to maintain any of the valid rolling points averages, you will lose your Edge if you can’t reach Bronze status.

How do I earn my FTP’s?

Tournaments – For every dollar paid in Scheduled Tournament or Sit & Go fees, you’ll receive 10 Full Tilt Points, there is no upper limit.

Ring Games – For each dollar raked from the pot in a real-money ring game, 10 Full Tilt Points will be awarded. Not as simple as Tournament points system because the rake is capped. These points are divided amongst the players at the table, based on their proportional contribution to the rake. If the game earned them $10 they would pay out 100 points, if your share of the rake was $2.50 you’d get 25% of the points (25points). Fractional points are awarded.

What else are these points used for?

So, as well as determining your status, your FTP count is used for Weekly Cash Payments and you can spend your FTP’s on Tournament tickets, Ring Game Tickets or in the Full Tilt Store.

Weekly Cash Payments sounds great – how does this work?

Depending on your status you get payments each and every week, for each full chunk of 100 FTP’s you earn you get cash into your account. If you change status during the week your points may generate different amounts of cash.

• Silver Level – 100 FTP’s gets you $1
• Gold Level – 100 FTP’s gets you $1.50
• Platinum Level – 100 FTP’s gets you $2
• Diamond Level – 100 FTP’s gets you $2.50

As if by magic you still own these points, you can trade them in for Tournament tickets, Ring Game Tickets or in the Full Tilt Store.

What else does the loyalty program offer?

If you have reached Bronze level you can join the daily multi-table tournaments that are only available to Edge status holders. The time of each tournament alternates from one day to the next.

• Play for a share of $500 of Tournament Dollars , 25 FTP’s buy in, at 2.05 am or 8.05 pm UK time.
• Play for a share of $500 Ring Game Tickets, 25 FTP’d buy in, at 2.05 am or 8.05 pm UK time

At bronze level and above there are two exclusive Sunday freerolls, Bronze Status Freeroll, the time of each tournament alternates from one week to the next.

• Play for a share of $1,000 of Tournament Dollars at 2.45pm or 10.45pm UK time.
• Play for a share of $1,000 of Ring Game Tickets at 2.45pm or 10.45pm UK time

How can I check how my status and points are doing?

By clicking on the Cashier button you can see how you are doing or they also offer various lobby widgets that can be turned on and off and customised to the info you wish to see. These widgets include the the FTP Odometer Widget, Session Information Widget, Mini-Cashier Widget, Edge Status Lobby Widget and the Edge Reward Counter Lobby Widget.

Is there a way to earn extra FTP’s?

Yes! They offer daily Happy Hours when you earn more points than normal, up to three times the normal rate – look out for the lemon slice icon in the game lobby to see which are the qualifying Happy Hour tables. You’ll find the Lemon Slices on the far right of the game information. Please note that although you can use any extra points earned for Tournament Tickets, Ring Game Tickets or at the Full Tilt Store the extra points don’t get counted for clearing bonuses or the Edge rewards program so your status level and the weekly cash payment amount stay as if you were not on a Happy Hour table.
